Michael J. Lipnick, D.M.D.
Dr. Lipnick grew up near Boston in Swampscott, Massachusetts. He attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he received a degree in environmental health. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. After completing dental school, he accepted a general dentistry residency at St. Peter’s Hospital. Dr. Lipnick decided to stay in Albany after completing his residency. He worked at various Albany dental practices until partnering with Dr. Levine to form a practice of their own. In December of 2015, Dr. Levine retired and Dr. Lipnick joined with their associate dentist, Dr. Giglio forming the new practice of Drs. Lipnick & Giglio.
Dr. Lipnick is a member of the American Dental Association, the Third District Dental Society and is a past staff dentist at St. Peter’s Hospital. He truly enjoys providing the best in dental care to his patients. He continues to expand his knowledge of dentistry by attending numerous seminars each year covering all aspects of dental care.
Dr. Lipnick is active in his community, having served on the Board of the Bethlehem YMCA. He is an avid sports fan of the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and New England Patriots. Some of his interests are traveling, technology, exercising at the Y, reading and watching sports.
Dr. Lipnick lives in Delmar with his wife, Randee. He has three children, Scott (Lauren), Sari(Tim) and Adam.
Vincent Giglio, D.D.S.
Dr. Giglio grew up in Albany attending Christian Brothers Academy. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Giglio then returned to Albany where he completed a one-year general dentistry residency at St. Peter’s Hospital. He joined Dr. Levine and Dr. Lipnick’s practice in 2006. After Dr. Levine's retirement in December of 2015, Dr. Giglio became partners with Dr. Lipnick.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and the Third District Dental Society. He enjoys attending continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on the many advancements in dentistry, especially the Yankee Dental Congress held every January in Boston.
Dr. Giglio is a member of the West Albany Italian Benevolent Society. His interests include playing and coaching soccer, following his favorite sports teams (Mets, Knicks, 49ers and Rangers), playing bocce, traveling and making homemade wine.
Dr. Giglio lives in Bethlehem with his wife, Katie, and two daughters, Isabella and Giuliana.
